We turned the sales floor into an arcade.
Closer Arcade started on a sales floor, with a whiteboard tally and a weekly argument about whose calls counted. We built the version where every point is verified and everyone can see the score.
Our story
Sales teams already compete. Most tools just count whatever gets typed in, so the leaderboard turns into a debate. We put a manager review step at the center: reps log calls, meetings and sales, managers approve or deny them, and only verified work earns tokens, experience and achievements.
From there we added the parts that make it a game: duels, races and tournaments, profiles worth showing off, and a portal that handles the everyday work of running a team. Today Closer Arcade runs many companies side by side, each with its own arena.
Nothing reaches the board until a manager approves it.
Duels, races and tournaments pull a team toward one target.
Tokens, teams and leaderboards stay with the company that earned them.
